You carry grief, joy, anger, wonder, and curiosity—sometimes all at once—and you want a space where it’s safe to express it all.
You crave conversations that go beyond small talk, where discussion can wander from your passions—like the lore of games, art, or creative tangents—to life’s biggest questions: the meaning of death, purpose, and what matters most. Peace Coaching provides exactly this. It’s a space to unlock your authentic expression, explore your emotions, and build the skills to engage deeply—with yourself and with others. It’s about reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your passions, and exploring your inner world safely and practically. We work with all feelings hard and light as tools, not obstacles. Grief shapes who you are and how you relate to others; anger shows when boundaries are crossed; joy, contentment, and curiosity fuel your creativity and relationships. Each session helps you process emotions safely, build clarity, and practice authentic expression, even if you’ve felt numb, overwhelmed, or shut down for a long time.
I understand how differently neurodivergent brains work, and how past experiences—especially tough ones—affect how you show up in life. Life moves fast, but here, you can slow down, reflect on narratives that no longer serve you, and practice new ways of being. Together, we create a working communication agreement, including how we process information, how often we check in, and ensuring sessions are always serving you.
This is a space where your whole self is welcome. Controversial views or unconventional perspectives are heard, not because I endorse them, but because everyone deserves support, understanding, and exploration. I may challenge ideas with curiosity and care, but you will always be respected and heard.
