Welcome to the Connectors Network

What is the Connectors Network?

The Connectors Network is a community of people committed to building and sustaining meaningful, emotionally honest relationships within communities and between them. It’s a space for those who are tired of shallow, transactional connections and who long for depth, trust, and shared care. Whether you’re an organizer, community leader facilitator, creative, caregiver, or someone who simply values truth and connection, the Connectors Network offers a place to slow down, reflect, and practice relationships with intention.

Our Guiding Question

At its core, the network is grounded in a living question: What does it take to create and sustain relationships that are alive, reciprocal, and safe enough to grow in? We don’t approach this as a puzzle to solve, but as a practice to live. Through our gatherings—small-group Connectors Circles and broader Connector Panels—we explore this question in community. We create spaces where people can reflect together on the real work of connection: the invisible labor of emotional holding, the complexity of power and difference, and the everyday tensions that arise in any community built on care.

Trauma-Informed and Neurodivergent-Inclusive by Design

The Connectors Network is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-inclusive by design. Many of our members have experienced relational harm in spaces that promised care but didn’t deliver it. We understand that for connection to feel safe, it has to be accessible and real. That means centering emotional honesty, embracing nuance, and not asking people to leave parts of themselves behind to belong. This is a space where difference is not erased but honored, where challenge is welcomed with care, and where emotional depth is not too much.
