I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the incredible people who have experienced Peace Coaching with me. Each of them has embarked on their own journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, and it’s been a privilege to witness the courage and honesty they’ve brought to the process. Two have kindly shared their photos alongside their words, while two have chosen to keep their photos private a reminder that there’s no single way to share our stories, and that every expression of authenticity is equally valid.

Hels Story

Mark is a natural coach who knows how to ask the right questions to get you to recognise and transform the harmful narratives you've built about your life.

His approach of ‘raw and peace’ is apt. He creates a psychologically safe space to allow you to be at your most vulnerable, digging into the rawness of your soul to find peace.

What I most appreciated was Mark's excellent ability to spot patterns in what I was saying and asking me how they were connected, getting me to join the dots in my thinking. I’m starting to practice this ‘dot joining’ in my daily meditative practices and it’s really helping me see and be present in my life in a different way.

Coaching with you Mark was the turning point I didn’t know I needed. You created a space where I could show up without masking or overexplaining and feel completely understood, especially as someone autistic. Week by week, you helped me unpack old patterns of self-doubt and rewrite my story from one of burnout and fear to one of resilience, self-compassion and authenticity. I’ve gone from feeling like I need to hide parts of myself to feeling able show up more authentically, both personally and professionally, which has been incredibly liberating. Coaching with you has completely changed how I relate to others and how I relate to myself, and for that I couldn't be more grateful.

In our coaching work together Mark has helped me to identify and label cognitive, emotional, and mental patterns that have long impacted my self-expression and wellbeing.

Even after years of having been in therapy and done significant personal development work, I’ve still felt that the way I express emotions, especially complex and difficult ones, was still impacted by my fears. Fears of being ‘too much,’ ‘difficult to handle,’ ‘unnecessarily dramatic.’ Fears that arose from having felt rejected or barely tolerated.

Working in a helping profession, it is part of my responsibility to model congruence, so my work with Mark set out the goal to uncover the underlying dynamics of masking. With his natural ability to recognise patterns and uncover vital insights, Mark has gently guided me to explore the ebb and flow of thoughts and feelings, and he adapted his techniques to suit my needs and preferences in each session. By holding space, he allowed me to tap into my own 'stillness point' and by asking carefully crafted questions he shone a light on the harmful narratives I have bought into. In the shared space of coaching I was finally equipped to question and dismantle beliefs that no longer serve me.

After 6 sessions the results are remarkable: I’m able to consciously examine and calm some difficult emotions and communicate my needs in a way that feels safe and beneficial.

Partnering with Mark as my coach has been a true delight. His consistent invitation to center peace has led to profound and meaningful shifts in my life. Through our sessions, I’ve reconnected with what truly matters to me my loved ones, my need for daily creative expression and my connection with nature. I’ve also explored the deeper truths beneath the stories that have stood in the way of my inner peace. The process has been rich, reflective, and deeply grounding. Mark’s presence and guidance have helped me cultivate a more peaceful and purposeful way of being.

Working with Mark has been a deeply enriching experience, both as a mentor and as a coach practice client. With his lived and professional experience in the neurodiversity space, he brings a rare blend of depth, skillfulness, and sensitivity to his coaching. What stood out most was how fully he stepped into the coaching relationship - not relying on tools, frameworks, or pre-formulated questions, but attuning to what was actually present in the present moment. He offered the right scaffolding when needed, while always giving me the space to remain immersed in my own process of reflection and discovery. There is a beautiful, unique, and caring spaciousness in Mark’s coaching that fosters a deep sense of safety and trust in whatever is unfolding. It feels grounding and visionary, bold and protective, caring and challenging - all at once. Mark never positioned himself as an expert, even though he clearly is one in the neurodiversity space. He offered knowledge and suggestions only when needed. More than anything, he walked alongside me through my coaching journey, human to human. That made all the difference.
