About Me
Everything I do is rooted in a simple belief: when conversations deepen, understanding deepens — and real change becomes possible.
I learned this not from theory, but from real people in real pressure. For eight years I worked inside policing and community systems developing trauma-informed custody protocols, mapping autistic victims’ experiences, training officers in crisis communication, and serving on neurodiversity boards. In those high-stakes rooms, I saw the same truth again and again: people were talking, but not understanding each other. And when understanding breaks, systems break. When understanding deepens, people and systems begin to shift.
At the same time, I was helping build community spaces from scratch. I co-founded Joyfully Different, writing the funding bid for a neuroinclusive self-employment course, creating safeguarding protocols, co-designing a mindset module with Benna McArtney, supporting events, and hosting roundtables on diversity of thought, neurodivergent offenders, and joy. I also contributed to another community centred on trauma and safe relational practice.
These experiences taught me that communication is never “just words.” It’s nervous systems, identity, meaning-making, fear, values, and self-protection all speaking at once — and most people have never been given the space or skills to express their full voice.
That’s why I now coach, facilitate, and run events dedicated to helping people uncover the voice beneath masking, pressure, and old self-stories — and use it to create conversations that bring clarity, steadiness, and genuine connection. I’m studying Psychology (BSc) and trained with the AWAKEN Coaching School, but my approach is shaped just as much by what I witnessed in crisis rooms and community circles.
I work with leaders, teams, communities, and individuals who want communication that strengthens relationships and transforms the spaces they’re part of — from the inside out.

When conversations deepen, understanding deepens.
And when understanding deepens, calm and change follow.
